This formula contains Hemp seed oil, Safflower oil, Pomegranate seed oil, Rosemary oil, Turmeric oil and Lemon essential oil. Plant Omegas offers essential fatty acids, which must be consumed in your diet as your body cannot produce them.

HOW TO USE

Take 2-2.5ml daily (approx. 2 droppers full) - either directly into mouth or added to food and beverages. Shake well before use and ensure product is stored in a cool dry place with a temperature no greater than 28 degrees celcius.

For children aged 6 to 12 years take 1ml daily, (can also be added to foods and drinks).
