Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour⁣⁣

Heaped scoop of vanilla protein powder ⁣(our choice: Evolve Lipo Whey)

1/4 cup raisins⁣⁣

1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup⁣⁣

1/4 cup almond milk⁣⁣

Optional: 1/2 cup protein powder of choice and coconut oil for the crosses⁣⁣


Method:

  1. Mix the coconut flour, protein powder, and raisins in a bowl.⁣⁣Add in the maple syrup and almond milk.
  2. Using your hands, mix into a cookie dough-like consistency. Add a dash more liquid if needed. ⁣⁣
  3. Roll the mixture into even-sized balls.⁣⁣
  4. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes.⁣⁣
  5. Optional: Mix 1/2 cup protein powder and coconut oil to make a pourable consistency. Drizzle a cross shape over each ball.⁣
