Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. But for me, fitness is about much more than physical results – it’s about creating a mindset and lifestyle that supports every area of life.
Now, as a dad, my perspective has shifted even further. Being strong, disciplined, and present isn’t just for me anymore – it’s about leading by example for my family and showing others what’s possible when you commit to becoming your best self.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS:
Staying in a healthy condition so me and my partner can have another kid, then look at stacking on some muscle to do another bodybuilding show.
NUTRITION:
I keep my meals very simple and easy to make but still manage to account for macro and micronutrient targets. Simplicity is key for staying on track.
FITNESS ACHIEVEMENTS:
I competed in my first bodybuilding show in 2024, however I feel a bigger achievement is loving the day to day process and journey of continuously improving my physique as it gives me a lot of purpose and fulfilment.
FAVOURITE SUPPLEMENT STACK:
My staples are now evolve WPI, creatine, Evolve Hydr8, Evolve magnesium RX and evolve Geeen Machine. I've noticed my morning workouts have been so much more effective utilising all these.
