Tia Jupp

ABOUT ME:

My name is Tia Jupp. I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist by trade and have been in the fitness industry for 5years. I started my fitness journey 10yrs ago and since then I have grown and changed in ways I never even imagined. 

CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS:

My current goals include building strength and endurance so that I am able to compete in Hyrox and Marathons. I don’t have any specific “looks” or “aesthetics” I want to achieve, but I have always wanted to see how far I can push my body and its capabilities. Who knows maybe one day I’ll run the Great Wall of china marathon. 

NUTRITION:

I don’t follow any nutrition plans. I stick to foods that make me feel good and fuel me for my training. I find that supplements help significantly as working full time makes it harder to hit certain targets. 

FITNESS ACHIEVEMENTS:

I can competed in Paladin fitness race in 2024. And I have to goal to race in Hyrox Perth & Gold Coast half marathon this year.
