ABOUT ME:

Growing up, i had a strong passion for sports, rugby league being my sport of choice. I was always the small, skinny kid who would stand out on the footy field. I got into the gym initially to build strength/muscle so I could excel my career in rugby league, however my passion for bodybuilding developed stronger than that of rugby league. The injuries I’d receive from rugby league affected my abilities to go to the gym, so I had to make a choice as to which career path was best for me. I chose bodybuilding. Now with 8+ years in the fitness industry, I have gained reputable knowledge on the fundamentals of training & nutrition. Over the years, I have made many mistakes and in turn learnt plenty of valuable lessons as to what works and what doesn’t. I now run my own online coaching business & It is my goal to point others in the right direction to kickstart their fitness journey. It makes me so happy seeing others succeed and achieve the body of their dreams. 

CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS:

To inspire others & put on as much MASS as possible.

NUTRITION:

I track EVERYTHING. I create my own nutrition plans & follow a IIFYM approach as I like to be flexible with my foods.
